RDWeb Two-factor Authenticator
Two-factor Authentication for Windows Remote Desktop Services
Inventron TFA server enables two factor authentication through SMS or email for customers using Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
Inventron TFA authenticator sends an SMS or email to the user after they’ve authenticated with their active directory user and password. There is a special token in SMS and user should enter them on the web page to access RD Web. After that users can access the remote environments from the RD gateway. Users who are not authenticated via RD Web cannot access the RD Gateway any how.
Our solution protects the customer even if they have saved RDP files in their computers. In standard RDS setup the RD gateway is always open for logging in with only credentials. Inventron TFA enables sharing state between RD Web and RD Gateway. You can always enable or disable the feature and configure SMS or email validation timeouts.
